The only thing overflowing more than this bin is our patience.
Come for the workout. Stay for the mystery smell.
Fresh towels, gently used, generously overflowing.
The chute said no. The residents said please. Nobody won.
An expansion pack nobody asked for: Trash, But It Escapes.
When the chute's full, the floor becomes the overflow plan.
Somewhere, a memo about "breaking down cardboard" is being printed.
The door is held together with more tape than the budget, apparently.
Nothing says "fire safety" like blocking the panel with a snack run.
Not flushed with success.
Million-dollar views. Dollar-store upkeep.
Game, Set, Closed.
The landscaping isn't the only thing overgrown.
The sign says "Borrow, Play, Return." The floor says otherwise.
The one door that's reliably open is the one that shouldn't be.
Stairs: now a mandatory amenity.
The line for the elevator is now the real amenity.

Real notices from management. Proof they can find the time to communicate — just not always about the important stuff.
"Regarding the trash chutes, property cleanliness and the property being in the middle of peak season and extremely busy, trash discarded in the chutes is too frequently not broken down. This causes the chutes to clog, and takes maintenance hours to clear and away from other maintenance tasks. Please help to be a part of the solution by breaking down cardboard (including HVAC filters, shipping boxes, pizza boxes etc) and conveying this to your guests. Thank you for your attention and cooperation with this matter."
"Good afternoon, residents. Exciting news to share! On display in the admin office is our first owner-artist, [name withheld], who has graciously agreed to display her art, including several special, one-of-a-kind, paint-on-canvas pieces. Her art captures our local scenery, expresses love for the area, and showcases the beauty of other regions as well. Her artwork is for sale and perfect as a keepsake from time spent here. We look forward to you enjoying the talent from within our community and welcome other owner-artists to display their work. — The Management Team"
Posted hours for the association office list Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. On more than one occasion, residents arriving during those hours have found the door locked with a handwritten "Closed for Lunch" sign taped to the glass.
"Good morning, [residents]. After further research into the Governing Documents & Bylaws, nothing states that changing the A/C filters is the association's responsibility. Therefore, it is the owner's responsibility to change your A/C filters. Recommendation is to change them at least quarterly to ensure the circulation of clean air. Thank you, [Management Team]."
